Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will be healthy and ready for the start of training camp in July, according to a report by NFL Network’s Charley Casserly.
Luck missed all of last season after undergoing shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum in January 2017. Reports first suggested Luck would be ready for the 2017 opener, but as the season drew near, his return was pushed back. Although he returned to practice Oct. 4, he suffered a setback and the team shut him down for the season Nov. 2.
Casserly reported Friday on “Rookie Camp Live” the Colts are “very confident” the 28-year-old quarterback will be ready by the end of July when camp opens.
This year, the Dolphins are still Tannehill’s team. Whether the Dolphins are again looking at quarterback in next year’s draft will depend largely on Tannehill’s production and his health.
While there are perennial playoff teams such as the 1971-72 Lakers and 1989-90 Trail Blazers that suddenly went from good to great, the closest NBA comparison to the Golden Knights is probably the 2001-02 Nets, who went from 26-56 and way out of the postseason all the way to the NBA Finals one year later.

The last time a team with a roster full of new players — as opposed to a team created by a league merger or a franchise relocation — made the postseason in its debut campaign was that 1967-68 NHL season, a full 50 years ago.
The expanded leagues and their playoff structures, the era of analytics, and broad access to televised games and tape should make it far more difficult than ever before to sneak up out of nowhere into the championship. It happened anyway.

On why he abstained from voting on the anthem policy: “I think there are a lot of reasons, and I’m Cheap Bike Jerseys not going to get into all of them. But I think the gist Cheap Dog Jerseys of it is really that we want to make sure that everything we’re doing is to promote progress. And I think we’ve done a good piece of that so far.”
